Join us for an epic linkup in Bishop, California, where we're taking over for three days of climbing stories, design talks, gear repairs and cragging.
Â
From April 3rd to April 5th, Patagonia Ambassadors will be sharing stories and hosting workshops about the techniques they use on their most sustained and committing objectives.
Â
Patagonia designers and product developers will also be giving a behind-the-scenes look at how we developed the Free Wall Kit to support cutting-edge multipitch climbing.
Â
If you enjoy shooting outdoor photography, sign up for a portfolio review session with the legendary Patagonia Photo team before a panel discussion with local Bishop photographers.
Â
We'll be capping the whole weekend off with a party celebrating the protection of Cochamó Valley in Chile and a day of climbing with our ambassadors at Pine Creek Canyon. And best of all, everything is free!
Friends of the Inyo (FOI) and the Bishop Climbing Rangers will lead a trail stewardship project before the evening programing.
Join Timmy O’Neill to get the beta on our climb ambassadors’ evolving tactics for cutting-edge multipitch objectives, and how we designed the Free Wall Kit to meet them.
Josh Wharton and Lor Sabourin will be sharing how they take on their most challenging climbs by integrating recovery during their attempts and screen films about a couple of their recent hard climbs. Advanced R&D Designer Eric Noll and Alpine Product Line Manager Kate Rutherford will join to show how our designers and ambassadors worked together on the Free Wall Kit to help climbers find comfort in uncomfortable places.Â
Doors open at 6pm with a Patagonia designer meet and greet from 6–7pm, where you can try on the Free Wall Kit and enter for a chance to win pieces from the kit and other climbing gear. Par Avion will be playing too!
All proceeds will be going to Friends of the Inyo, Bishop Climbing Rangers, and Bishop Area Climbers Coalition.Â
Grab a pastry and coffee and learn how to care of your mentals with Lor Sabourin at Eastside Sports. They’ll be hosting a casual conversation about mental training for projecting, multipitch climbing, and how to take care of yourself as you prepare for your hardest objectives.Â
This event is free, but limited to 30 guests.Â
Come meet the Patagonia Photo team to learn about our legendary photo program and share your portfolio with us. Photo Director Heidi Volpe and several photo editors will be offering 20-minute sessions to review your work and share best practices. Feel free to sign up for more than one slot!Â
Â
Join us afterward for a panel discussion with a talented group of local photographers and athletes. Eric Bissell, Ken Etzel, Miya Tsudome, Ben Ditto, and Drew Smith will be in conversation to talk about their work and how it comes to life with Patagonia.Â
Â
There will also be an opportunity enter our raffle to win a 1-hour meeting with Jane Sievert and Heidi Volpe, the former and current directors of the Patagonia Photo program.Â
Join us in celebrating one of the biggest environmental wins in Chilean history!Â
Â
After years of tireless work, a group of climbers, conservationists, scientists and community members called Conserva PuchegüÃn bought Fundo PuchegüÃn in December 2025, protecting Cochamó Valley and this biodiverse mecca of South American granite forever. There will be music by Par Avion, games, raffles, vendors and a traditional asado barbecue, plus a silent auction for photos from the Cochamó Valley gallery inside The Rambler.
The asado is free, but food tickets are limited. Be sure to RSVP below. And don’t worry if the asado sells out—you’re welcome to grab food at The Rambler and join the festivities!
All proceeds will be going to Friends of the Inyo, Bishop Climbing Rangers, and Bishop Area Climbers Coalition.
Come climb with Patagonia Ambassadors Josh Wharton and Lor Sabourin at Pine Creek Canyon and hear the behind-the-shot stories from climber photographers Eric Bissell, Ken Etzel, Miya Tsudome, Ben Ditto, and Drew Smith.Â
Get the beta on your proj from the best. Our ambassadors will be out at our favorite Bishop climbing destinations. Come find Josh Wharton, Lor Sabourin, and the team at Pine Creek Canyon all day. Location subject to change, and we'll message folks and share in person if it does. Climb at your own risk.Â
